I purchased an item from Ikea and paid £*.** delivery charge and was informed it would be delivered today **th November. This morning I received an email from Parcel Force saying that the item would be delivered on Monday **th November. I can not seem to get through to Ikea or even send an email to complain. What was the point of paying for delivery when I could have gone straight to the store.
