Order number: ***********We made our purchase in store to be delivered by XPO. The window of time was set for *pm -*pm. Our driver, *****, marked the order as delivered at *:** pm , but did not arrive until *:** pm. When he arrived, one of the boxes had a hole in it, and the couch inside was visibly damaged. We told him we couldn't accept the order. There were several other items also being delivered, but the paperwork he asked me to sign listed all the items together, not separately, so I was unable to sign off that the items had been delivered undamaged. For this reason we were forced to refuse the whole order. We need to reschedule the delivery we've already paid for.
GetHuman1486189 did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
