I had initially made an online purchase (mattress) and later canceled it as a bigger size was available in the store. The reference number is ********. I have still not received the refund for the cancellation. I was told that I would receive the money in *-** business days from the **th of September but I have still not received it. Unable to get through on phone too. Please refund the amount immediately and confirm the same.
GetHuman-ghgautam did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
