Either receive the item this week or receive a full refund, including shipping. ... I ordered a desk on October *. I was expecting delivery on October *th. I called today on the **th and was told it would be the **th when I would recI wasei it I was expecting delivery October *. and I would have to call to reschedule the delivery. Why should I have to reschedule a delivery that has never happened. They still need to schedule the first attempt of delivery. They still need to schedule the first attempt of delivery. **I am now at the point I will just drive to the store and pick it up myself. I’d rather drive three hours round trip to avoid this stress. I would like a full refund including shipping of almost $*** if I’m not going to receive this item this week.
I was told I would receive the item within a week. Now it will be several weeks.
Give me a refund including shipping charges.
I expected a delivery. Then I am told that “I” need to set up a redelivery when I never received a first delivery.
I’ve called several times wasted hours on hold. Also I have called over a dozen times just to hear no calls are being accepted. Very very frustrating.
