I purchased a desk from IKEA.com on * October. I was told delivery would be on * October. Today is the **th and I called IKEA and was told that I have to reschedule the delivery, which was never attempted. I shouldn’t have to reschedule something that was never scheduled. I was told it will be two weeks before I can get a delivery. I would drive an hour to Memphis to pick up this item, if I could get a full refund including my shipping fee of $***.
GetHuman-raehunni did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
