The issue in GetHuman-jemuna's own words
I ordered an Ektorp sectional on ******* (order * *********). I received an e-mail on ******* stating that it had shipped from Ikea. I have not received the sofa. I called Ikea on Saturday ******* to request a tracking number with the shipping company. I was told there was no way to track the sofa after it left IKEA. I find it hard to believe that there is no tracking system and secondly, that it would take *** days to ship a sofa. If I can not get any information to track the location of the sofa I would like a refund. Regards - Julie McAfee
