Dear Sir or Madam,**Unfortunately the parcel (No ******************) arrived torn, in wet condition with some damaged and missing items. Maybe due to the bad weather conditions. From broken glass inside which I couldn’t see, I cut my hand, so my experience with the order was really bad. Therefore I would prefer compensation for the missing and damaged items instead of an exchange. Please make the compensation via my method of payment (credit card). Thank you for your understanding. Please see details below. Unfortunately I can only add one picture but I have one from every damaged item. * items were missing completely.
