The issue in GetHuman-qiyuexi's own words
My name is Qiyue Xiao. I ordered some ikea furniture online (order number *********) last month. The furniture was delivered on September *nd but one part of a sofa was missed. I called ikea customer service and was scheduled another delivery for the missing part. A new order ********* was created and the delivery was scheduled on September **th. For no reasons, the delivery was delayed to September **th and further to September **th. Up to now, I still haven’t received the part of the sofa yet. I called North American Logistics many times. Each time they told me that they will reschedule and let me know as soon as possible but there was no follow-up then. Just now I called them one more time, this time they told me that it was a store pickup (which is not true) and let me to talk with your guys. I try to call the ikea hotline while have no ways to reach anybody. So I write this email to you.
GetHuman-qiyuexi did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
