Please help! I purchased the Flottebo sofa bed on Friday in Portland. I waited for delivery & assembly today. The guys arrived around *pm and were nearly done assembling when they found a problem with a *****. The damaged part was in ***.***.**. Can this be fixed tomorrow...please. I went to the Ikea store and arranged for redelivery and reassembly of the sofa for tomorrow. There was no charge and the C*S reps were helpful. However, the process took about an hour, not including wait time. I'm still concerned that something will go wrong, but the supervisor gave me his name and direct phone number.
