The issue in GetHuman-drawsew's own words
Order Number ********* was ordered on August ** **** and to be delivered on August ** ****. The wrong package was delivered to our home. We took photos of the package and its contents which had nothing from IKEA. We took the package to FedEx to ask where our package was and what to do. FedEx said it was Ikea at fault and to contact them so we filled out an online request using their website. After a week we filled out another online request. We have been calling for * weeks with questions and the phone always disconnects. We finally spoke to someone on the phone today, they looked up the account and apologized for not having updated the account, they said they had to transfer us and hung up the phone. When we call back it disconnects every time. This process has gone on for a month now. We are prepared to take legal action.

GetHuman-drawsew did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
