I ordered a futon to be delivered a month ago from IKEA. After waiting for two weeks with no updated on the status of my order, I called IKEA and asked and they said they couldn't deliver my order (without even telling me) and they said they would just give me my money back. But instead of crediting to my method of payment (my credit card) I received a store credit with no delivery refund (I paid $** for delivery and they didn't refund me that). I had made it VERY CLEAR that I do not want a store credit, but my money back but their customer service is a mess and now I feel like my money was stolen. How can I reach out to get my money back without having to wait on the line for like * hours just so they can hang up on me again? This is getting very frustrated.
GetHuman-atpham did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
