I ordered the Hemnes dresser back in April, and unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that one of the wooden front-facing drawer pieces was damaged. The damaged piece is the largest and tallest drawer in the dresser. I contacted customer service (Case #[redacted]6) to request a replacement part, but when it arrived, it was incorrect and didn't fit. Despite multiple follow-up calls (Case #[redacted]1), the correct piece has yet to be sent due to issues with the Memphis store and stock availability. This frustrating experience has lasted over 4 months since ordering the dresser, and almost as long since its delivery. I hope to have this issue resolved promptly.

I have been trying to contact Ikea customer support for the past two weeks without any success to request a return. The dresser I bought at the Brooklyn, NY location (Askvoll [redacted].[redacted].72) had defective pilot holes for the drawer rails. I diligently followed the instructions and am certain of my correct assembly, especially because I had recently assembled the two-drawer nightstand version without any issues. I am based in New York City and cannot easily return the item to the store due to high transportation costs exceeding the dresser's value. I would prefer to receive a non-defective replacement box for the Askvoll ([redacted].[redacted].72) by mail at my apartment. I have the original receipt and can provide any necessary purchase details.

Last year on December 20th, I purchased two pairs of IKEA Lenda curtains. After washing them, I noticed a significant shrinkage of approximately 6 inches, rendering them unusable. Despite following the washing instructions stating they could be washed at 40 degrees, they did not hold up. In contrast, when I washed an older pair of Lenda curtains in a different color, they remained unaffected. My attempts to contact customer service for two days led me to speaking with Kyle, who advised me to return the curtains to the store, located about [redacted] miles away from me. This response, coupled with the lack of assistance, has left me quite disappointed. It seems evident that the newer IKEA curtains cannot withstand the recommended washing temperature on the label. I am kindly requesting a resolution by receiving two new pairs of Lenda curtains, preferably in the older off-white material I initially purchased. Alternatively, please provide guidance on the safe washing temperature for the replacement curtains. Additionally, as the replacement curtains will need alterations, costing £10 per pair previously, I am also seeking reimbursement for this expense from IKEA. Looking forward to your prompt response. I placed an order on 08/26/[redacted], expecting delivery by 08/31/[redacted]. Despite canceling on 09/01/[redacted], the expedited refund is still pending. My Order# is [redacted]76. This disappointing experience with Ikea will likely be my last. Multiple discussions with staff have not led to a resolution. The initial charge was made promptly, with a partial refund for delivery issued on the same day. I am awaiting the remaining refund of the purchase price. Various promises for expedited processing have not been fulfilled. Several staff members, including Abdel, Jeff, Michelle, and Rebeca, have been unable to assist effectively. Communication has been inconsistent, with commitments to expedite the refund unmet. The lack of resolution and poor customer service have left me frustrated. My main request is for a prompt refund of my funds.

I purchased a couch from IKEA at the Woodbridge, VA store for delivery and assembly. During the initial confirmed delivery time, no one showed up. After contacting them, I found out the items were not delivered, and I was never informed. The next day, after numerous calls, the couch was delivered without assembly. I lack the tools and time to handle this myself. I am struggling to get in touch with an Ikea customer support agent and cannot bypass the automated menus to speak to someone about assembly. I purchased a couch online on 8/4, and it was recently delivered on 9/4. The delivery team informed us that 4 out of 10 boxes were missing, which includes the cloth covers needed for 4 Vallentuna storage couches with 2 armrests. Without these covers, we are unable to use or assemble the couches, and the boxes are taking up a lot of space. Unfortunately, we were not given any information on when the missing covers will be delivered or any tracking details. We urgently need to know the delivery date and tracking number for the covers.

We own the following beds: 1) SVÄRTA pull-out bed in silver, Twin 2) TUFFING bunk bed frame in dark gray, Twin 3) TUFFING loft bed frame in dark gray, Twin with the accompanying under bed desk 4) IKEA mattresses for all 4 sleeping areas. These beds accommodate our biological and foster children, totaling 4 sleeping spots. We made these purchases under our rewards linked to phone numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. I am facing two issues. Firstly, the trundle bed/pull-out has a very snug fit. Are there alternative bed legs that can provide more space? Secondly, one of the mattresses is splitting at the seam, although the others are holding up well despite being used for the same period of time.

I bought a HEMNES 8-drawer dresser online for Click & Collect. I couldn't pick it up, and was informed uncollected orders would be restocked with a refund. On July 30th, I made the purchase. As of September 8th, the refund has not been received. I contacted IKEA previously; a representative said to wait a few more days for the funds to appear on my credit, but that did not happen. I'm requesting an immediate refund as it has been long overdue. If IKEA cannot provide the refund promptly, I would like the refund reference number so I can challenge the transaction with my bank. Dear IKEA team, My husband and I recently moved to Minnesota and purchased furniture online on August 21st after being advised by an IKEA staff member in-store. We have been eagerly awaiting the delivery for three weeks, with today being the estimated arrival date provided in the confirmation email and online tracking. Unfortunately, the furniture did not arrive today, and after calling the customer service number provided (1 [redacted]), we were informed that our order was canceled. We did not initiate this cancellation, nor did we receive any notification about it. Despite repeated attempts to get clarification from customer service representatives, we were disconnected every time we were transferred to someone who could assist. I made an online order on July 1, with the delivery initially scheduled for July 10. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed by two weeks. The order number is [redacted]79, and it included a Kallax shelf. However, upon opening the package, we discovered that an entire box containing essential components for the shelf was missing. I have tried to contact XPO Logistics regarding the missing items but have not been successful. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach a customer service representative from Ikea for assistance. We have paid for the Kallax shelf but are unable to assemble it due to the missing pieces. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am interested in ordering 50 TEKLA kitchen towels. I had previously purchased dishes at the College Park IKEA store but have relocated to Tennessee, closer to the Atlanta IKEA store. I need to replace some broken dishes from my prior purchase but am unable to find a way to order on your website. I applied for an IKEA credit card online and was supposed to receive a $25 coupon to be used the same day. However, I never received my temporary account email or the coupon. I called IKEA and spoke with 6 different representatives, three of whom put me on hold and disconnected the call. The other three reps just kept transferring me between departments. After 2 hours, I couldn't make my purchase without the temporary account number or coupon. This has been the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I'd like to receive the $25 coupon for my credit card application, or I will cancel the credit card.

Hello, I placed an order ([redacted]40) with Ikea last week for two items. This is my first time shopping with Ikea online and having items delivered. I scheduled delivery for Sat 15 Sept between 07.00-11.00. I also booked a 'Task Rabbit' assembly for the same day from 1pm. The 'Task Rabbit' person I hired seems concerned, pointing out potential issues with Ikea's delivery service, mentioning delays or no-shows. This feedback has made me apprehensive, as a new customer. I received the POANG chair and ottoman in my recent order, but upon opening the box, I noticed that the veneer on the legs is peeling off. I am looking to return the damaged items for a refund. I placed the order on July 3 with an expected delivery on July 23, but it only arrived on August 16. I had to make multiple calls to track down my order and was disappointed with the delays and lack of communication. Additionally, I discovered that the price of the Tyssedal 6 drawer dresser I purchased has decreased. I would appreciate a price adjustment for that item. I mistakenly ordered 3 inner cushions for 1 cover, and the quality of the 2 dining chair cushions was not as expected. I would like to return these items along with the chair. Furthermore, I need assistance with adjusting the drawers on the Tyssedal dresser to align properly. I have been trying to reach customer service without success and hope for a prompt response. My Ikea order with number [redacted]28 was due on September 7th. When the local delivery company eventually got the packages, one piece was missing. Despite contacting them, they are still waiting for instructions from Ikea to resolve the issue. I am yet to receive a new delivery date due to this setback. Today, I reached out to customer service twice. Unfortunately, both times I was transferred to a message about high call volumes and then abruptly disconnected without providing any information.

I placed an order online on August 9 (Order Number [redacted]47) for $[redacted].30 with a scheduled delivery for August 18. Despite receiving a confirmation call from Ikea on the morning of the 18th, my order did not arrive. After contacting Ikea on August 19, I was informed that the call was a mistake and that my order was delayed. My Ikea order number, [redacted]28, was supposed to arrive on September 7th. However, the local delivery company only recently received the packages. Upon contacting them, I discovered a missing piece in the order, causing further delays. Regarding IKEA Order [redacted]6 Attempts to contact IKEA at 1-[redacted]-[redacted]-IKEA were unsuccessful. I was assured during a previous call that my delivery would be scheduled after a call from the local partner. Unfortunately, no call was received for the delivery scheduled for today. I am puzzled why the delivery occurred without the promised notification. This lack of communication led to a missed delivery that I have been eagerly waiting for. I placed an order for a futon from IKEA a month ago.
