Order * ********* was to arrive by June **th. * calls to customer service and July *th Laura from Ikea put in a replacement order********** (claim*********). Tentively it was to arrive July **th and then July **st. July **st I opened a dispute with my credit card company then called IKEA. Nicolette cancelled the order (claim *********). IKEA never has delivered any part of either order. *September *st my credit card was recharged$****.**. I reopened the credit card dispute and emailed IKEA about the problem. I have been unable to get through to IKEA by phone and have had no response from my email for * days.*I'm trying to get some kind of written response for my credit card company and for IKEA to verify that this charge is in error.
