I placed an order for a Stuva loftbed**drw**dr TW white on ******* but it took over * months to be delivered. Order* *********. One of the assembly pieces is missing from box** There are supposed to be * pieces with parallel tiny holes that run the length of the pieces. The missing piece is the one where the rows of tiny holes do not extend all the way on one end. Because the order took forever to be delivered I did not open it right away because I had begun the process of moving by the time the order was delivered, so I did not have a chance to open and assembly the bed until now. I know that your policy says that any issues have to be reported within ** hours of delivery. Since its way past that deadline, I am prepared to pay for the part and even the shipping. And just to avoid confusion, I actually prefer you send both pieces to avoid the wrong one getting sent. Like I said, I am prepared to pay. I just want to get the parts and get on with assembling my daughter's bed. She has been sleeping on the floor ever since we moved. My cell*'s are *** *** **** and **** *** *****I would very much appreciate if you sent the items right away
