We ordered a GALANT file cabinet in May, it arrived with a broken back panel, I called customer support and was told they would send out a replacement panel. I emailed in June when we hadn't received anything after several weeks and I heard no response. I called customer support in July and they said they hadn't sent it yet but they would expedite it. Now it is August **th and we still haven't received the replacement panel. I can't get anyone on the phone and nobody has responded to my emails. Please send the replacement panel as soon as possible.*My order number is *********.*My case number is ********.
