case number : **********I have been in contact numerous times trying to resolve this matter. i had a phone call yesterday & have tried to ring you today but have been told its a ** min wait !!!!!!*This complaint has been outstanding since june - although you said would be dealt with with ***** days I am still waiting.*when i orginally contacted your customer services department i stated that i didnt have receipt but was roughly a year old. your advisor told me not to worry as the mattress should have a long life span than a year anyway. *I would like to get this resolved asap - i have been in trying to sort it out & contacted you at least *** times ! *look forward to getting results
