Placed an order in store and scheduled delivery for ****. Were told we would be called today **** to confirm a * hour delivery window. Received emails with our order split and half our items are scheduled to be delivered next week. It is **** and we have not received any calls to confirm our delievery window. ** This is unacceptable as we waited half an hour in store while store associate called to confirm stock. We were not notified that our items were out of stock and a delivery date was chosen without confirming our availability. Our old mattress is scheduled to be removed before we will be able to set up our new mattress and every time I try to call your customer service number I cannot get through due to “higher than normal call numbers” I have been trying for days to speak to someone about this issue. **Because I was told that the items were in stock and waited for confirmation I would really appreciate having the items that are already paid for delivered on the day that was agreed upon. We did not even pick the first available date so it is unreasonable that our items are not available to be delivered. *Order numbers for both shipments:********** and *********
