After numerous attempts to get updates, I was finally informed that my order is sitting in the parking lot with no definite delivery time. The customer service experience with the shipping agent, Shavonna, was unprofessional. After further calls and long hold times, a more understanding agent named Timothy assured me that a different department would assist, but the call got disconnected after a long wait. It has been seven days since my order went missing, and I am disappointed by the lack of communication and resolution from IKEA. I purchased a Malm bed from the IKEA store in Greece in May. I've been experiencing a loud squeak since the first day. Despite multiple visits from workmen and promises from IKEA to replace the bed, the issue persists. My health is deteriorating as I battle cancer, and sleeping on the floor exacerbates my condition. Despite numerous calls and promises of callbacks, the problem remains unresolved. My parents bought a bed shortly after me and are satisfied with their purchase. I have visited the IKEA store in Emeryville, CA twice since Thursday to purchase a queen size duvet cover (product number: [redacted].[redacted].42). Unfortunately, they have been out of stock. They mentioned on Friday that stock should be replenished by Monday but advised me to call ahead. I have been attempting to contact the store for an hour with no success. Calling the general customer service number ([redacted]) has also been unsuccessful as it states "our circuits are busy" or puts me on an extended hold. I recently bought a Norddal bunk bed from the Ikea store in Columbus, OH on 8/12/18. The order number for my purchase is [redacted]33. I had scheduled the delivery for order [redacted]32 for 8/13/18 between 1-5 pm EST, but the delivery never showed up. I tried contacting customer service multiple times with little success. I would like to cancel my order #[redacted]85 with reference to case #[redacted]9. I attempted to reach IKEA customer service by phone, but after waiting for hours, I was unable to get through. I also sent emails but did not receive any response. Upon requesting the cancellation of my order, IKEA directed me to contact North American Logistics. I purchased the Hemnes dresser in April and unfortunately received it with a damaged front-facing drawer piece. Despite requesting a replacement part (Case #[redacted]6), the incorrect piece was sent and did not fit. After making numerous follow-up calls (Case #[redacted]1), I was informed that the correct part needs to come from the Memphis store, but there have been delays due to it being out of stock. I've encountered two issues with the customer service call center, facing multiple 60+ minute hold times followed by disconnections. Regarding my son's furniture order, delivered on Aug 3, [redacted], in Montreal under Order # [redacted]10, we declined the Kullen dresser pre-delivery and expected a refund of $[redacted] plus tax. No refund has been received after more than a week. I've initiated a bank dispute but believe resolution through you would be faster. Additionally, during the same delivery, my son mistakenly ordered a Queen frame and a Full mattress. I had a regrettable experience at the IKEA store located at [redacted] NE 136th Avenue in Sunrise, Florida, particularly in the kitchen department. The staff member who was unhelpful was named Beatrize. We requested her assistance to sign up for a designer consultation, but she pointed out two individuals ahead of us and indicated they needed attention first. When the person in front of us kindly asked Beatrize to accommodate us next, she was unwilling and cited that everyone was waiting. Eventually, when it was our turn to be assisted, Beatrize mentioned all slots were fully booked. Despite calling ahead to schedule an appointment and being advised to visit in person, we were left disappointed. When we requested to speak with her manager, Beatrize claimed she was the manager herself. This behavior was entirely unacceptable for a representative of IKEA.

I made an in-store purchase and scheduled delivery for 8/18. The plan was to receive a call today, 8/17, to confirm the delivery window, but I haven't received any calls yet. Instead, I got emails saying half of my order will arrive next week due to it being split. I placed an order with order number [redacted]39 that was initially scheduled for delivery on Thursday 8/16/18 between 11am and 3pm. However, the delivery time was changed to 3pm-5pm. The drivers seemed inexperienced and refused to bring their 30-foot truck onto my street, despite other similar trucks doing so regularly. I was informed that I would need a smaller truck for delivery. Following multiple changes and delays, I was told my order would arrive on 8/19/18 but was later informed it would be on Monday 8/20/18. Despite being given a 11am-3pm delivery window, another call prompted rescheduling. I am now set for delivery on Thursday 8/23/18, which has caused me significant inconvenience, financial loss, and time off work. I am requesting a refund for the delivery charge.

I have tried multiple times to contact customer service with no success. Despite being instructed to call back on specific days, I am yet to reach anyone. My delivery was originally scheduled for Sunday, August 19, between 10 am and 2 pm, but nothing arrived. After finally reaching a representative, my delivery was rescheduled for the following Tuesday between 12-4 pm. When the items were delivered, the process was initially difficult, with the crew wanting to leave everything in the garage. Only after asserting my rights was the delivery completed inside. However, upon inspection, I found three missing items and two damaged items with visible cracks in the wood. I was told to contact Ikea directly for any issues with the delivery.
