The issue in GetHuman-admajmud's own words
Hi, I am Anand D M from Dubai and I bought a Mattress with ** Years Guarantee, which started D-shaping in just * and half year of its buying. We complained about the same to IKEA Dubai they sent the person to verify the claim and agreed that the product is faulty and it has to be replaced. After which we never heard from IKEA and then finally after a wait of ** days I called and then the response was further shocking that the product that we have bought is not in stock and has been discontinued as well so I have to visit IKEA Dubai and identify another Mattress for the replacement. I identified the product very close to what I had as per the Sales help in the mattress division but for which I have to pay **% more. I am not in any agreement to pay higher for no fault of mine. Also when I asked for the refund the after sales person agreed but in the form of Credit Voucher worth the same amount from IKEA, which is not agreeable. Kindly if someone can look into the whole matter and help.
