Help with my Ikea issue

I asked my husband to pick up a bathroom cabinet that Ikea we had paid for their website. We received an email informing us when to pick it up in Emeryville. When he got there he was informed that the cabinet was not available. When he got home we received a call from a person who told us that he was from Ikea and needed our credit card * to ensure we got a refund. I was hesitant to give it to him, but I did. Later that day there were a total of six unauthorized purchases on our credit card from Brother and Amazon. We cancelled the card. Then we again received a call from this same person this morning saying that when he tried to re-order the cabinet for us the credit card wouldn't work. I told him we had cancelled the credit card and would not be giving him any other credit card numbers. I really would like to know how I can get a refund for this cabinet that we never saw.
