I ordered a bed and mattress, order number**********. The expected delivery was July *, ****. I was then notified that it would be July *, ****. I have company coming on July *, **** (today) and was o.k. with the delivery change. However, I then got an email that it would be delivered on July **, ****. I spoke to someone at IKEA on July *th and said I wanted to cancel the entire order. She apologized for the problems and transferred me to another department. I was on hold for * hour and ** minutes. I hung up and called back in a few minutes. I was told via a recording it would be at least ** minutes to speak to someone. I held as long as I could, another ** minutes, but had to hang up. Today I've tried calling all the same numbers and I'm told the numbers are incorrect. I need someone to email me and let me know that this order has been cancelled and all my money is refunded.
