I ordered a bed and mattress set on June ** to be delivered June **th from a store that we live about * hours from. They were unable to deliver because it did not get into the store from wherever it needs to come? I was notified by Lauren McAllister that it wasn't going to be delivered and was told to call and reschedule. I needed it for company coming in that weekend so I had to go buy something else. I called to ask them not to deliver and to cancel the order. Lauren McAllister did say she would stop the shipment but I would have to call the customer service to get a refund, she did ask the store in an email to refund the amount but said to follow up with customer service. I have called four different days...NUMEROUS times during the day and either the line is not working, not taking calls or has a hold time of over an hour. I am at work during the day and unable to hold for an hour. I like IKEA and would like to think I could continue to shop with the store but the customer service will keep me from purchasing from them again and I can't tell any one else to either. You have great products at a great price but you REALLY need to get the customer service phone availability down right before I will even consider it again. All I am asking as of now is to get a refund on my card ($ ***.**). ** Lauren McAllister at the delivery level was very helpful and the people in the stores that I have gone to have been very helpful. I just think you need once again to work on the customer service phone area.**Thank you,*LuAnn Hebert
