Dear Ikea Team,**I was very excited as I was in your Atlanta location a couple days ago as I chose my dresser and bed frame. I was notified by my mother that they ended up giving me a WHITE dresser and part of my bed frame being WHITE as well.*I only wanted black as that was what I stated. I work full time retail and don’t always have time to visit your location as it is further and it’s hard to reach someone in the store as I can never find them or the team is minimal. My items were delivered today, but I wanted them all specifically BLACK. I can send you photos, definitely. I would like to swap the items and I would hope I would not need to pay for the delivery again as this all messed up. I am never the one to get angry as I have a big heart and usually let things go, especially with issues like this. Because this is such a stressful time in my life and a lot of hard earned money I had to spend on these products, I just want the black items I originally chose. I am very unhappy and have never been so disappointed with a company before. I’ve been on hold for almost ** minutes and said the wait would be around ** minutes. I am still waiting on the line, because I want this issue resolved ASAP.
