Regarding order **********, after you lost my order, I was forced to pick it up myself. The day I picked it up there were a number of items out of stock. I was told they would be sent to me via FedEx. The only item I have received is the toe kicks. There are many items still outstanding. Where are they and when will I get them?
GetHuman-howkagan did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.

I called and called & left emails with their 'case' person. Today she says my missing items have been shipped.
