I purchased * beige Billy Bookcases with doors in your Atlanta, Georgia store. I needed more storage space as I justs downsized to a ***. Unpacking *st bookshelf I found damage to a shelf (it won't be easy to see as it's an inside piece towards the back. However, when I unpacked one of the side pieces, there is damage on exterior visible piece. I haven't opened other two boxes, as I have limited space in this ***. I also cannot put all pieces back into the box as I had to rip it apart to open. Before I go further to see if there is further damage to the other * shelves, I need to know if someone can deliver replacements and pick up damaged. I can't go further as I have no space to open and inspect other shelves. *If I know I could get just these replacement parts sent, I could possibly open other boxes and try to "borrow" undamaged parts from other two shelves...? Will just have to figure out where to put all parts, and other boxes will be to damaged to re-use once opened. Sorry this is so lengthy. I am a petite female trying to do this project solo, I am in a *rd floor loft and it will not be feasible for me to return. I had to get a male to get pieces in apartment.
