I am calling about order number *********. I am trying to return the table that was delivered with major damage for a refund. I received an email stating the STI delivered my order at *:** a.m. They did not. I have been here all day. They also did not email me or call me in advance about coming to pick up the table. This is now the second time they have failed to pick up the table for return.
I trust that Ikea will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
