Hello, I placed an order on Friday, May **th for * Bekant standing desks, and would like to amend my order to the smaller version of this desk instead. The one I ordered is ** inches long and the one I want is ** inches long. When I search my order online to try and amend the changes myself it says the order is not in the system, so I m hoping I can still amend my order before it ships. The new article number for the items I would like shipped is: ***.***.** All white Bekant standing desk, ** inches long. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?**I've been trying to call Ikea Customer Support and waited on hold for an hour and ** minutes yesterday and no one ever came on the line to assist me. I've tried calling again today and the number says all circuits are busy, try the call again - this has been going on since *AM.**Can someone please help me resolve this before the items ship?
