Dear IKEA Customer Service,**I had a delivery scheduled today, and I was contacted by the delivery service at **:** today and was told that they would be able to deliver in ** minutes. I answered I was currently not at my address but will be able to make it if they could wait a few minutes, to which they answered they cannot wait a single minute, and they will try again later in the day. Then I was contacted again they will deliver in a few minutes, when I am already at work. They told me they were to make the delivery between **am and *pm, to which I did not agree nor was told of before this. Then I was told that I will have to reschedule the delivery. **I have been on the phone trying to get to the customer service from noon until now (**:**) nonstop, without getting to a singe person. I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. Thanks to the quality of the customer service and delivery service, I will have to sleep on the floor today.**If this problem persists for another day, I will have to cancel the entire order of *and take my business elsewhere.**Please respond as quickly as possible.
