Obtain everything I ordered. T-Force shorted me ** item which were cabinet boxes and doors. I had to rent a van drive ** miles to the IKEA store to get the missing items. Once at IKEA their staff was great and everytime I mentioned T-Force there was an eye-roll or comments about how they "hear about T-Force" all of the time. Every business has growing pains, everyone has a bad day but if someone from T-Force placed an order like an IKEA customer and got the type of service I did they would realize some of the issues I am complaining about. To top off all of this frustration you are treated to the cheerful message on the customer service phone line touting their excellence while on hold for over an hour*trying to get some answers. ... T-Force is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. They know nothing about customer service and have no regard for the lives*schedule of the people they are delivering to. I was on hold with their customer service for over an hour only to be told my * hour delivery window wouldn't be released until after *pm the day before delivery. How is that reasonable, how do I schedule my crew, how do I know to schedule someone to pick up the kids at school? IKEA needs a better company to partner with. IKEA is everything this company isn't - customer service and quality oriented.
Just saying you are excellent doesn't make it so. Intention means nothing, action speaks for itself. Get T-Force up to IKEA standards.

A delivery servcie basd uon customer service, a twelve hour delivery window is ridiculous, I got my four hour delivery time frame at *am on the day of delivery. I had a large order that was shipped on * pallets which had to be broken apart becase that won't fit on the delivery truck, so all of my stuff got handeled a couple of times before it got to me with several peices missing or damaged. The problem isn't with the delivery people it is with the company organization, I'm in Arizona and all calls to T-Force ends up in Dallas which is two hours ahead of us this time of year, so only a skeleton staff after *pm my time, they have a staff in AZ why not route AZ calls there?
