I received an email saying that my order wasn’t delivered. I called the delivery company NAL to see what was going on and they said they haven’t received the truck yet that has my order. I asked if they could give me a time frame as to when I should be receiving my order and told me that they don’t know and that I would have to contact Ikea. I’ve been on hold * times over with ikea customer service and no one ever answers. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible and give me some sort of explanation other wise I will be expecting a refund or compensation for Ikeas incompetence.
They just called me by using this site and then put me on hold again. I need someone in the correct E Commerce department to call me because I am not waiting on Hold for an hour again.
GetHuman703930 did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
