Your Question*Concern:**I placed an online order in MARCH **** and it has been failed to be delivered to me. I sat on hold for an hour, * weeks ago, to have it rescheduled for TODAY. Then I get an email at noon saying that the order is not being delivered. I cannot articulate how furious I am with Ikea’s online services, customer service, and outrageous wait times on orders. I spent over $***. I want a refund, or I want my order delivered within the next * days. If you do not deliver my order or refund me within the next * business days, I’m calling my bank and forcing a reverse of the transaction. This is unacceptable.**Sincerely,**Asia Hassan
