Hi, **It's been almost ** days since I wrote this email. First I sent an email by accident to the UK customer care and got a response in three days!..at least the UK Ikea cares enough to get back to me! **Not only have I emailed about my problem, I've called and was on hold for ** minutes before getting a human.*Then was transferred only to remain on old for an hour and ** minutes. At this point I hung up and sent an email. **I have also visited the Woodbridge, VA store and was declined an opition to get a replacement leg for my broken bed. Sounds like I have to get an entire new bed because ONE leg of your bed made of metal bent and collapsed my bed. **I thought you offered "easy " replacement parts. I would be willing to buy it, but no one will let me. Instead I have my entire bed frame, slates and all taking up space cause I'm hoping someone will respond to me. But everyday I don't get a reply email I get closer to throwing out the frame, bed and all. **Do you toss your customers away like This? I hope someone reads this, heard my frustrations and responds.
