I originally ordered * chair under frames, but I only ever received *. After calling multiple weeks ago to resolve the issue, IKEA confirmed they would send * new under frames and they would send me a ****pping confirmation email. I never received a ****pping confirmation and am still waiting to receive the * under frames so I would like to get an update on where the order is and when it will arrive.
I trust that Ikea will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
