I originally ordered * chair under frames, but I only ever received *. After calling multiple weeks ago to resolve the issue, IKEA confirmed they would send * new under frames and they would send me a shipping confirmation email. I never received a shipping confirmation and am still waiting to receive the * under frames so I would like to get an update on where the order is and when it will arrive.
