cancel * items in my existing order ... I reached ikea twice via email last week but received no response. And the order now is on the way.
Because of the slow delivery, I do not need them anymore. Return it to store or pay for it is too expensive to me. Also it should not be a good responsibility since I contacted IKEA as instructed in time.
