I want to be refunded for product I did not receive and also the shipping cost. ... It took over a month to receive my item. I ordered the Silveran high cabinet with two doors for $***.**. Yesterday my husband went to assembler it and they shipped me a kitchen counter top with a few shelves from the Silveran with NONE of the hardware!!!! I went to Home Depot and found a similar item and bought it. I would like to be refunded for the $*** and the shipping, which cost as much as the Silveran.
This was frustrating because it took so long for the delivery truck to deliver it and then it’s a mismatch of random pieces with no hardware.
I want to be reimbursed for product and shipping costs too since it cost as much to ship it as the cabinet itself.
I purchase a lot of things from Ikea both online and in store.
I tried calling Ikea * times. First time I talked to someone but she said she needed to transfer me to someone else. I stayed on hold for ** MINUTES before I finally had to hang up. I tried twice today and waited ** minutes with no one ever answering.
I have an issue with Ikea.com too
