Reached out to ask for a delivery time frame for my delivery scheduled on August **th. I was given the number for XPO, the delivey company, who said that nothing was showing up on their system. I called IKEA back to learn that the order has not left their warehouse. It is imperative that I move on the scheduled day because I require assistance (I am disabled) which I have already hired and paid for. I've talked to multiple customer service reps who are very kind but cannot do anything and I am then transferred to resolution, where I have been on hold until the call has ultimately disconnected. Please help.
GetHuman-sofiaros did not yet indicate what Ikea.com should do to make this right.
