Hi there, I placed an exchange for a mattress I purchased online. The exhange order number is *********. The issue I am having is that your team attempted to pick up the mattress prior to delivering the replacement. So I couldn't really give them a mattress or I'd have nothing to sleep on hah. Anyways I'm supposed to have the new mattress arriving today, is it possible for me to give the team the old mattress then? Or can we schedule a new pickup if necessary?
