My order was supposed to come on Friday June **th, but the delivery company failed and couldn’t reschedule me till Monday July *nd in the afternoon. When I called to check on my order because they had promised me morning delivery, but gave me an afternoon time slot, they informed me that they lost the order and couldn’t find the items in their warehouse. They informed me that it may take ** hours to locate the order. This is unacceptable! I have taken two full days off of work to receive this order. I have lost compensation. I am extremely upset and disappointed with your company and the delivery company. Your company will not even answer the phone. Please email me back ASAP
