Order a pillow. ... I ordered a JORDROK pillow from IKEA on May **th. The email confirming that it had shipped arrived on June *st saying it was expected by June *th. On the *th I called IKEA to ask where it was, they suggested it might be delayed and to wait a few days then call again. Since then every time I try to call I get a busy tone and they haven't replied to my email. It's now July *nd and there's still no sign of the pillow* I also still can't reach anyone at IKEA.
They seem to have checked this off as resolved for no reason. This is not fixed, I want my order or I want my money back.
They could make this right by sending me the pillow or giving me a refund. Contacting me in any way whatsoever would be a good start.
I’m a new customer and based on this I will not be going to Ikea for anything in the future. I’ll also be sure to warn friends and family to avoid them.
I’ve called ** times, only got through the first time. I sent an email a few days ago with no response. My last effort is using this site.
