My delivery for order ** ***-********* was missed. I received a call that the driver was at my residence and no one was home. The initial email stated I would receive a call beforehand with a * hour window time in which my order would be delivered. I did not receive a call providing me with a * hour window. I stated this to the dispatcher that called notifying me that they were trying to deliver my order, but he ignored the statement. He told me I would have to contact Ikea to reschedule delivery.** I was not impressed with this delivery service, and will not be paying another delivery charge for this order when the delivery process wasn't even followed *correctly. I would like to cancel this order. In the future, if I'd like to shop at Ikea it will be in store, not online.* *Thank You, Kimberly Werst
