********* Is my order number. I did not receive it by the estimated delivery date and when I track it it states “thank you for your order we will process it shortly”. I waited on hold for * days, an hour each day and the last person i talked to actually followed up with the next day, yesterday. She assured me that the order was delayed due to being out of stock and now it would be delivered to me. The tracking still has not changed.**I ordered this product on ****. I have recently lost my ** year old daughter and I ordered these items so that I would have a designated place to bring her ashes home to. I know that seems like extraneous information but it’s causing me a lot of anxiety and I just don’t understand what is taking it so long and I am afraid that it has fallen through the cracks. Is there anyway that I can be assured that it is actually in the works and that I will be getting it soon? Thank you so much.
