We purchased two besta units in April. They were delivered Saturday April **, at which time I noticed they were on sale the day of delivery. I waited two hours on the phone and the representative said no problem, they would be able to price adjust and refund me the difference ($***). Just to look for the refund *-** business days. That didn’t happen. I waited another *.* hours on the phone again, only to be assured by a manager she was going to expedite my issue and call me right back and let me know she fixed my refund. No call. I’m beyond frustrated. I have a customer case ID and everything...this is such poor customer service.
GetHuman-fogelber did not yet indicate what Ikea.com should do to make this right.
