We have been waiting in line for more than * hours with limited information being shared. There are no Icelandair staff on hand. Too much time has gone by to simply hand out hotel and meal vouchers. This situation has been handled unprofessionally and inefficiently. **We were told we should call your *-*** line to get assistance, the website indicates assistance is available ****. When we called, just a few minutes ago, we learned the line is closed from **:** p.m. until *:** in the morning. This is not ** hour service.**Steps need to be made to provide a more timely flight whether on another airline or the provision of an additional flight early tomorrow.**I expect full compensation for the costs we’ve incurred by missing our first day of vacation.**We expect assistance in striving to recover our lost day. We expect an immediate response to our concerns
