Our booking number is ****** and the ticket is registered under the names Mr. Arnold Sanow and Ms. Nancy Burke Sanow. We tried to get seating online, however the site would not let us. We would like to have two aisle seats across from each other. Could you please do that. Also when we signed up for the Iceland Northern Lights Getaway package it didn't say to put your name like it was on our p***ports. Therefore could you change Nancy Burke Sanow to Nancy Jane Burke-Sanow -- Her middle name is Jane and there should be a hyphen between Burke and Sanow (Burke-Sanow). Also, if it is not done could you please add James as Arnold Sanow's middle name. I may not have put my middle name in. *Also, on the site everytime we put USA as our location it would put American Samoa - We should be USA.*I trust that Icelandair will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair. Please let us know this was handled. Thanks, Arnold
