We need to purchase an extra bag for myself, my wife and my granddaughter for our tour. We would need them for both the flight to Copenhagen and the return flight from Stockholm. Our tour number is KAW*RD. WE attempted to purchase them online by received an error message. I would like some ***istance to make this purchase. We will need to leave for the airport in about * *** hours, so I would appreciate a quick response if possible.
I trust that Icelandair will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
