The issue in GetHuman-jalitke's own words
Iberia lost my luggage for * days and sent me an email dated July **, **** providing a case number E********-******** requesting receipts for clothing and miscellaneous services. I sent a detailed letter back on August *, **** with the claim number included and electronic scans of receipts. I requested an update on August ** and again on September **. I spoke with a customer service representative on the phone on September ** who said the airline would contact me about the claim within ** hours. I still haven't heard back.
GetHuman-jalitke did not yet indicate what Iberia Airlines should do to make this right.
