I recently received Notice CP32A dated July 26, [redacted] with Caller ID [redacted]. The notice states that I have an unclaimed $[redacted] refund check that expired. It instructs me to call [redacted] to request a replacement check. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, I am unable to reach a live agent as the line directs me to the overflow staff. This issue arose as I did not cash the initial stimulus checks of $[redacted] and $[redacted] due to a change of address. I have since updated my address with the IRS through my tax filings.

My name is Nicole D., and I hold Power of Attorney (CAF # 0[redacted]7R) for my mother, Shirley D., a retired federal employee. Recently, she received a letter regarding her amended 1040X return. The letter indicated a correction was made to line #11 due to a discrepancy in the total tax amount, resulting in a change to her expected refund. When I attempted to contact the provided number, I faced long wait times and unhelpful customer service. I am unsure about the next steps and the actions required from us as the letter did not provide clear instructions. I need guidance on how to proceed with this matter.

I experienced identity theft on June 29, [redacted], which led to my refund being cancelled due to a compromised credit card. I have been informed that I am owed $6,[redacted] federal and $[redacted] state refunds, which were accepted. During a divorce, I discovered discrepancies in my ex-partner's tax filings, revealing unreported income and expenses related to our business, T@B family enterprises. I have filed a complaint against the tax preparer for their role in this matter. Despite being a legitimate business owner who pays taxes, my ex has withheld important financial information and caused damage to my credit. I am seeking resolution and access to the missing business details for a civil case. Thank you for your assistance. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

I had a challenging experience filing my taxes with Next Level Tax Services. Unfortunately, my information was not accurately organized, causing me confusion and resulting in me not receiving my state taxes as expected. As an SSI recipient with a child, I also attempted to claim the stimulus payment for my baby but fell victim to a scam. Now, I am facing a $[redacted] debt with SSI due to a misunderstanding related to self-employment income. Despite explaining my cosmetology work and current unemployment due to COVID, it seems there were errors in the tax filing that I am struggling to comprehend. When I tried to address this at the office, I was met with resistance and accusations of misconduct. Feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start fixing these issues, I urgently need assistance to resolve the discrepancies with SSI within the 30-day deadline they have given me.

I recently received a 5061C letter from the IRS requesting identity verification. I attempted to verify online using my FedLoanServ student loan account number, but it was not accepted. Unfortunately, I do not possess a credit card, auto loan, home mortgage, or line of equity. Upon calling the provided [redacted] number, the automated message stated they were unable to take the call due to a high volume and suggested trying again later. Despite attempting at various times and days, I encountered the same response. Upon trying to schedule an in-person appointment through the same [redacted] number, I received the same automated message. I am urgently seeking the funds owed to me by the IRS and have been attempting to resolve this issue for months without success. Your guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. I would prefer the IRS to allow me to use my student loan number or arrange for a callback to my cell phone for assistance.

After an initial discussion over the phone, I was informed that I had already satisfied the IRS identity verification multiple times. However, I recently received a letter requesting me to verify my identity once again. In addition, I received another letter stating a further delay of 60 days for processing one of my refunds, which has now extended beyond the 60-day mark. I am unable to verify my identity online and experiencing difficulties getting through on the phone. I have filed taxes in [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], and have also received a stimulus check. I am unsure of the next steps to take, as I am feeling frustrated and out of ideas.

I verified my identity on June 15th, but every person I talk to is being rude and acts like they can't help me. I am inquiring about the status of my refund. It has been two months, which is the 9th week I've been reaching out for information. I have asked questions that remain unanswered, and I find this treatment unfair and disrespectful. I am seeking a clear explanation of what is happening with my taxes this year, as waiting for a refund this long is unprecedented for me. This is the first time I have waited almost 3 months for my money. Could someone kindly email me or contact me at [redacted]? I just want to understand better. Thank you.

My ex-husband and I take turns claiming our daughter as a dependent each year. In [redacted], it's my turn to claim her, whereas he claimed her in [redacted]. He isn't eligible for the child tax credit due to his high income, but I meet the requirements. How can I ensure I receive the child tax credit, given that I didn't claim her in [redacted] and was ineligible on that basis?

I encountered an issue while attempting to file my taxes with TurboTax. It seems like someone has already filed a return using my social security number. To resolve this, I completed a paper filing instead and included IRS Form [redacted] to verify the fraudulent usage of my social security number. I also made sure to send the payment I owed to the IRS. Despite these efforts, I am still awaiting the latest round of stimulus payments. Unfortunately, I have had difficulty reaching anyone at the IRS to confirm receipt of my paper filing with the fraud affidavit and to address the outstanding stimulus payment. The IRS has processed the check for my tax payment, but I am seeking assistance with the unresolved matters.

I submitted my tax returns to the IRS over 12 weeks ago, and I still haven't received my tax refund! Every number I call to speak with someone about this problem tells me that the information is "unavailable" or there's no information for that account. I would appreciate speaking to a person to understand the situation and ensure that my tax returns weren't lost in the mail. This situation is incredibly frustrating at this stage.

I recently received letter 5071C for identity verification. I attempted to verify my identity online through the IRS website, but encountered difficulties. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to successfully complete the process. I have also made several unsuccessful calls to the provided numbers for assistance. Every time I call, I am informed that all lines are busy, and the call eventually disconnects. I even tried to schedule an appointment, only to face the same issue. I am at a loss on how to proceed with resolving this matter.

I am inquiring about the status of my tax return, stimulus check, and child tax credit as I have yet to receive any updates. Despite my efforts on various IRS portals and multiple attempted calls, I have been unable to make any progress. My username is ObermeyerY, and I am Yvonne Obermeyer. My contact number is [redacted]. My initial refund was $5,[redacted], with deductions leaving me with $4,[redacted]. Currently, I am awaiting a check via mail, but have not received any updates. I am seeking clarity on the status of my payments.

As a grandmother raising four grandchildren while drawing disability and tanf, I have concerns about the child tax credit discrepancies in the deposits I have received compared to the amount the letter from the president stated. The letter mentioned I should be entitled to either $1,[redacted] or $1,[redacted] for the children, but I have only been receiving $1,[redacted]. Two of the children are over 6 years old and in school, while the other two are under 6. The recent deposits have not matched the amount indicated in the letter, and I find this confusing and concerning.

I received my child tax credit advance on July 15. However, today it did not come through. When I checked online, it showed that the payment had already been processed with the same last 4 digits of our account number we've always had. I contacted my bank multiple times, and they do not see any pending or processed transactions matching the information on the IRS website. A bank representative mentioned that they had corrected some account number errors last month without informing us. I am concerned that a similar issue occurred this month, and it went unnoticed by the bank. Since the IRS website only displays the last 4 digits, I am unsure which account the payment was sent to. We have used the same account for 6 years, and the IRS previously had the correct account details. I am confused and relied on the child tax credit for our 5 kids this month. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to understand why I have not yet received the advanced child tax credit payments. I filed my taxes on February 12th, [redacted], initially for the recovery rebate for my 5-year-old daughter and almost 2-year-old son. Despite typically not needing to file taxes due to my sole income from social security benefits, I included both children on my tax return before the child tax credit laws changed. In March [redacted], I amended my [redacted] tax return due to an error but remained ineligible for the child tax credit because of my lack of earned income. Although I received my federal tax return in mid-May [redacted], I have not received the July or August payments. In late June, my IRS account indicated eligibility, but by July 1st, it changed to pending eligibility and has remained so. If an identity verification is required, I am ready to provide it. However, if the issue lies with my tax return, I am unsure what steps to take as I wasn't eligible for the child tax credit when I filed and amended my taxes. Any clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated as I have yet to receive a clear answer.

After submitting my FAFSA, I was instructed to provide verification of my financial status by obtaining a non-filing form from the IRS website. Unfortunately, each time I attempt to access the file on the website, I encounter internal error message [redacted], preventing me from proceeding. The same error occurs when I try to order a transcript online; after entering my information and the mailing address, I receive a notification that the request cannot be processed at that time. Throughout the week, I attempted to contact the IRS via phone, only to be greeted by an automated message stating that my information cannot be retrieved. I later discovered online that the website may not have my information due to a lack of previous tax filings, resulting in no existing records for them to access.

I recently contacted the IRS about missing stimulus payments. I spoke with a representative regarding not receiving the first $[redacted] payment or the second $[redacted] payment. Even though I filed for the third $[redacted] payment and received it, the first and second payments never arrived. The representative discovered that they were sent out but not received, as I have been incarcerated since September [redacted]. We identified fraud and identity theft, and a tracer was placed on the $[redacted] payment to be available in 6 weeks after investigation. Unfortunately, the $[redacted] payment was too late for a tracer, so I have filled out a [redacted] form to receive the funds in 90 days after the investigation. Now that the 6 weeks for the $[redacted] has passed, I am looking to have the funds redirected to my Cash App account.$username747764

I recently filed federal taxes for the first time to speed up my stimulus payment while receiving SSI. After contacting the IRS fraud department suspecting my sister claimed me, I was informed someone else did. Though unsure of my filing, I now realize my mistake. Due to my challenging circumstances and uncertainty, getting this stimulus is crucial for my survival as I am currently homeless. Facing daily risks being on the streets, I urgently seek assistance to resolve this situation and receive the support I desperately need.

I am seeking assistance to file for the child tax credit for this tax year. I have concerns regarding receiving back pay for unemployment due to the time I spent in the hospital and my recent relocation from Ohio to Michigan to Iowa. I am a single mother with three dependents. The issue arises as my children's grandmother, with whom we lived for most of the year due to my health challenges after a dog attack, claimed them on her [redacted] taxes. She received the payment in July, and I am unsure about August. I need to rectify this to receive the credit. Additionally, I am unsure whether to report my unemployment now or later when filing taxes for this year. I am experiencing frustration with the automated system and would appreciate prompt assistance. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

My name is T.R., my email is mr.tylorrucker@[redacted], and my phone number is [redacted].
