The issue in GetHuman-exiledon's own words
Hi. I am married, my wife does not work and I am a ***% disabled Veteran. My taxable income is ****.** below the threshold for filing taxes. I have tried to file in the past but it always tells me I have zero dollars coming in my return due to the income situation. My wife and I both received last years stimulus payments. She received this years right away via our banks direct deposit information, but I received nothing. If you include all of my income I made *****.** dollars last year, but only *****.** was taxable. I received both of last years stimulus checks with the exact same income, and in **** I am still ****.** below the filing threshold. I check your site daily, inquiring as to where my stimulus payment is and it always says it has no information, even though as I said about my wife's arrived immediately after the Bill was signed into law. I am wanting to know if you think I need to file taxes this year with zero dollars as my return? Or do you think someone just missed direct depositing my taxes this time? And if so, what do you suggest I do to inquire as to how to rectify the situation? Thank you for your time and assistance.
