We arranged payments with the IRS via bank draft on April 16, [redacted], expecting $[redacted] to be debited, but were surprised by a notice in June about a payment due. We've been trying to reach someone at the IRS to understand why the automatic debit didn't occur. It's frustrating to face large interest charges now. Despite numerous calls, we can't get through to anyone for help; the phone system loops us in circles. Dealing with this issue is especially aggravating since we work and struggle to find the time to hold on the line for hours. It's disheartening that the income estimate provided for the Affordable Care Act led to unexpected IRS payments. We were reassured by the healthcare market that we wouldn't owe anything if we reported changes promptly. Please provide clarity on this matter by reaching out to Margot Miles at [redacted] or Bryan Miles at [redacted]. The lengthy wait times and unhelpful music while on hold is frustrating, and we just want to speak to a live person at the IRS.

We set up a payment arrangement with the IRS through bank draft in April **, ****, expecting ***.** to be automatically withdrawn. However, we were surprised to receive a notification in June that we owed money. We've been attempting to contact the office to address the issue and are frustrated with the lack of assistance and long wait times on the phone. The situation is aggravated by our confusion regarding the implications of the Obama Health Care enrollment and the lack of clarity about potential payments. We are seeking clarification on these matters and request to speak with a representative promptly. Contact Margot Miles at ***-***-**** or Bryan Miles at ***-***-****. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am extremely frustrated with the situation I am facing! I paid my taxes on June 4th, only to receive a $40 bill due to an issue with the IRS system. Despite considering this to be fraudulent, I paid the $40 as well. To my shock, the IRS attempted to deduct $[redacted] from my account without any explanation. I have tried contacting the IRS but have been unsuccessful in reaching a resolution. Consequently, I have contacted my bank to prevent the unjust $[redacted] charge. I am in desperate need of assistance. If someone could kindly reach out to me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello, I submitted my [redacted] tax return, but I did not receive a refund at that time. I believed I may have made an error since it was my first time filing taxes. After filing this year, I received a letter requesting me to contact the IRS. I visited their office, and the representative assisted me in resolving the issue. They assured me that I would receive refunds for both years, but the "whereismyrefund" tool only shows a $[redacted] refund. I am Suraj Kumar Bhetuwal, with the last 4 digits of my SSN being [redacted], born on April 3, [redacted], residing at [redacted] Alder Dr Apt [redacted], Houston, TX, [redacted]. If more information is needed, please let me know. I kindly request the IRS accounting department to review my [redacted] refund, as I was informed I would receive refunds for both [redacted] and [redacted] filings.

Hello, I have a unique invention idea for a spoon with a cup-like side to easily eat anywhere. I believe my innovative food concepts like instant food on-the-go, and ice cream shakes made instantly could be successful in the market. I have also created variations like "MySlop" combining cereal, milk, and powdered food. Additionally, I have ideas for new food products such as crackers with strawberry filling and English muffins with a twist. I am eager to share these ideas, but want to protect them legally from being used without my consent. Furthermore, I have a list of individuals who evade child support payments and operate their businesses under the table. I have endured losses and gains in various ventures over the past 40 years, including international dealings under Hilton. These experiences have led me to seek justice under laws like the Hobbs Act and anti-trust regulations due to fraudulent activities encountered in both civil and criminal realms.

I am having trouble logging into my IRS account as I keep receiving notifications about unsuccessful login attempts. Due to security measures, my account has been disabled for 24 hours. The email suggests reviewing login history for any unauthorized activity once the lock is lifted. It also advises changing the password if the issue persists. It's important to use unique passwords for IRS online tools, and the IRS will never request personal or financial information via email.

I am trying to find out how to pay off my first-time homebuyer's credit. The website mentions that I can do so only if I sell my home or no longer use it as my residence. When I called the IRS, I was told that it's a tax law matter and I need to consult with an attorney. I am not in arrears; all I want is to settle the remaining balance in full to stop the annual payments. This is crucial because I need to care for three disabled individuals at home, but I can't until this is resolved.

I have been unable to complete my tax return as my mom mistakenly claimed me, causing forms to be incorrect. My mom’s amendment has been pending for 16 weeks, delaying my ability to file. I applied for an extension to ensure I can file once hers is resolved. Our strained relationship led her to claim me to benefit financially. This situation is impacting my finances, and I urgently need this money to enroll in the summer semester at school.

I am Leminda Grayer. I have been waiting for my refund for 5 months. I requested an advocate for my hardship before I was audited. I provided all the requested documents. Unfortunately, my lease didn't have a term date, so the landlord reissued a new one. Today, I was informed that the new lease cannot be accepted due to the missing date. I live in a family house owned by an elderly couple, allowing me to stay as long as needed, hence the initial absence of a term date. I have additional proof of residence, though not within the last six months as I moved in April [redacted] and only updated my address when my kids started school in August. My tax forms and documents are authentic. I urgently need to speak with a supervisor because the delay in my refund is causing financial strain as I rely on it to manage bills and provide for my children.

I paid my owed taxes on April 12th through payUSAtax.com and received confirmation number [redacted]. Hello, I resided in the US from April [redacted] to April [redacted] and filed my taxes in March [redacted] as a J1 visa holder. I anticipated receiving my return promptly, so I provided my address in Park City. Now that I am back in the Philippines, I need to update my address to 60 Ridgeport Dr. Harwich Port, MA [redacted] instead of [redacted] Comstock Park City. Although I updated my address with USPS in April [redacted], I failed to realize that the change did not automatically apply to the IRS. As my new address is with my boyfriend, who is currently in the Philippines and will bring me my tax documents, I kindly request your assistance in updating my address. Unfortunately, my US phone number is no longer active in the Philippines, but I can be reached at +63 [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Sir or Madam, My husband, Mr. Mark A. Israel, is a visually impaired veteran who suffered a severe fall at the end of October [redacted], resulting in fractures to his neck and left hip. During his recovery, I, his wife, had to travel abroad to attend to medical matters concerning both my brother and myself. Due to Mark's injuries, he was unable to handle the timely IRS payments for our [redacted] tax year [redacted] form. This situation led to financial difficulties, including missed mortgage payments and mounting medical expenses. We are reaching out to the IRS for assistance in either significantly reducing the outstanding balance of $[redacted].31, as specified in your letter dated July 1, [redacted] (inclusive of various penalties), or kindly consider waiving the "failure to pay proper estimated tax penalty" given the extenuating medical circumstances we have faced. Sincerely, Mark Israel and Sarah D. Yeenon Telephone: [redacted]

I am in urgent need of form [redacted]-T, which includes two transcripts: the Tax Return Transcript for [redacted] and the Tax Account Transcript for [redacted]. Despite my attempts to set up an IRS account to download these reports, I have been continuously rejected for unknown reasons. It seems that my only other option is to contact them by phone, but I am doing this for my daughter who is unable to take the call due to work commitments. Please assist! We have a hearing scheduled for her appeal with Marketplace Insurance, and time is of the essence. The IRS was supposed to have sent these two transcripts by mail, but they were never received.

I previously spoke with IRS agent #[redacted] in May, and she assured me she would send me 2 fraud forms promptly. My ex-husband fraudulently filed taxes in [redacted] and [redacted] when I had legal custody of our children. Despite the promises, agent #[redacted] did not send the forms for me to address this issue with the IRS as well as the forms related to tax withholding in [redacted] and [redacted]. I now understand that he needs to reimburse the withheld tax amounts owed to the IRS due to our divorce and his misconduct. There seem to be specific IRS forms for handling this case, which unfortunately were not mailed to me as discussed. I urgently require the fraud forms for [redacted] and [redacted], along with the necessary forms for the tax withholding refund due to abuse. Please ensure these documents are sent to my correct address at [redacted] Conroe Dr, Conroe, TX [redacted]. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

I am seeking an update on the tax form I provided in April [redacted] for an injured spouse claim for Justin Blanton. The entire tax refund was withheld by the US Department of Education for my wife's student loan debt. Upon contacting both the IRS and the Department of Education, I followed their advice to submit the injured spouse form, and my wife has since established a repayment plan with Bass Associates and the US Department of Education. This student loan debt predates our marriage. The IRS agent informed me that upon submission of the form, it could take 7 to 21 weeks to process and issue a refund. I am currently inquiring about the status of this refund.

I recently received a letter dated May 6, [redacted], informing me that my tax refund direct deposit couldn't be processed due to bank account issues I provided. The letter mentioned my refund amount as $[redacted].20, adjusted for errors I made, with an estimated arrival time of 3-4 weeks. However, I haven't received the refund yet. My attempts to check the status on the website have been unsuccessful. Can you please provide an update on the status of my return?

I've been trying to reach out for the past couple of months regarding my state income taxes. While one part has been processed, the other is still pending, and every time I speak with someone, they mention a 60-day wait without explaining the delay. This process is frustrating, as it seems unfair to wait this long for a simple question about my refund. I haven't had issues with the IRS before, and I'm eager to understand the hold-up with my money that I've worked hard for. If necessary, I will continue calling until I get clarity on this matter. Your prompt attention to this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
