I hope I can "GetHuman" at GetHuman!****************** GetHuman site said they could handle the call. They can't. They only handle the IRS personal returns line. They had the initial tel * correct, and a hundred% of everything else wrong.***************** GetHuman site is supposedly about better customer service... but theirs is InHuman:***************** No way to contact GetHuman***************** No way to give feedback on the info provided.***************** Their surveys assume any issue is with the org'n I am trying to contact, and assume the GH service is perfect. Bad assumptions.***************** I found a way to send an email to GH. Never heard back in almost two weeks.*****************I like...no LOVE the GH idea. If only it were well implemented.*****************MrPete*-----*******************************My original issue...*Form *********. **Unfortunately, GetHuman.com doesn't handle calling into the IRS business line. :(**In addition, GetHuman info on using the IRS business line is INCORRECT.**Correct info:** Dial in. Choose one for English.** Press three for "other issue".** Enter FEIN or SSN, then one (SSN) or two (FEIN)** Then one of three things happens:*a) If system thinks they can answer in a reasonable time (less than thirty min?) they put you on hold*b) If system thinks it will be too long, it tells you that, asks you to call another time, and hangs up.*c) If you call at an unusual time, it places you on music hold forever and never says anything. (This happened to me yesterday, not realizing my (eve)pm call was too late. Site said before eight pm but didn't specify Eastern time!)
They don't practice what they preach.
Applying their own principles and standards to their own company.
First time, yet vast experience with call in systems.*I expected at least *some* human customer service. The level of tone deaf would be funny if it were not so sad.
I ignored online info and sought another way to give feedback. No response.**(IRS issue is resolved already)
