As you know from my correspondence, I desperately needed to interface with the IRS Friday. Since I had had no luck contacting them and assume they work closely with you since I was directed to you via Google when I put in IRS , I waited * hours and your prompt kept telling me it was approximately ** more minutes.**At the end of the day you contacted me and asked if it had been resolved. Is there anyway that you can help me remit my requests* reasons for them that I submitted to you to the IRS? I would like them to know that I have tried to get a hold of them and show them the documentation so they will know what the issues are.**I am still confused as to your role and if you are still trying to help me. I would greatly appreciate a response from you one way or the other.**Thank you very much *Peter Bunin
